Sportzhealth.com Shipping Policy
All of the products that we carry at sportzhealth.com are shippable items.
Average delivery times are 2-5 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via e-mail. PO Box orders must choose Priority Mail
Sportzhealth.com will ship anywhere in the United States and globally. International Shipping rules and rates apply separately from those pertaining to the 48 contiguous states of the U.S.
Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post® or via UPS Ground® unless otherwise requested. Alternative options available that are offered by UPS and USPS are listed below:
USPS Shipping Options: Parcel Post®, Express Mail® and Priority Mail® are available as Domestic Services provided by USPS.
UPS Shipping Options: UPS Ground®, 3 Day Select®, 2nd Day Air® and Next Day Air® are available as UPS shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping rates are dependent upon package weight and shipping location Rate charges are based on the weight of your order as calculated using the USPS or UPS shipping rate tables.
As an example, USPS Parcel Post® Prices can be as low as $4.76 for a 5 lb. package shipping from our Sportzhealth Home Base location in Northwest Philadelphia, Pa. to a residence in South Philadelphia, -- to $10.50 for the same 5 lb package shipping to Sacramento, California.
Shipping charges will appear in your shopping cart as you complete your order. They will not be charged to your credit card until you have had a chance to review and agree to the amount.
Once your order is shipped, you will get a shipment confirmation and a tracking number via e-mail so that you may track your order.

Sportzhealth.com Return Policy
All items sold by sportzhealth.com are returnable under the following conditions:
Damaged Shipments:
We try to ship secure packages, but we realize that sometimes packages can become damaged in the shipping process.
Merchandise damaged during shipping should be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. We will contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.
Other Returns:
We will issue full credit for undamaged, unopened merchandise returned within 15 days of your receipt of the shipment, minus the shipping cost. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to authorized returns received after 15 days and a 25% restocking fee will be applied to unauthorized returns. We cannot accept product returns after 30 days.
Return Procedure
Before returning any merchandise, please call us during our normal business hours for a return authorization. Merchandise must be returned in sellable condition in order to receive credit

Please include a credit card # -- it does not have to be the original card used for purchase, we simply use the card # you give to issue the credit back to you.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
We recommend the use of a carrier with package tracking capabilities (UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, etc.) and to insure your return package
Back Orders
While we make every attempt to maintain inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In such an event, we will give you an estimated time of availability and offer you the option of canceling the out-of-stock items, delaying shipment of your complete order until the product is available, or receiving a partial shipment of the in-stock items first and the out-of-stock items when they become available. We will not issue additional shipping charges for these partial shipments.
Returned items do not have to be in original packing, but they do need to be in sellable condition, unless they are being returned due to having been damaged during shipping.
